Top SchoolSteve Lund is a Technical Product Manager with 10+ years of cross-functional experience building user-centered products for government, healthcare, finance, and high-growth SaaS. He combines hands-on engineering and a master's in human-computer interaction to rapidly scope, prototype, and ship tools that save time and delight users—most notably launching a SaaS channel that grew to $3M ARR and driving product improvements that doubled virtual hearing capacity for veterans. Skilled at introducing pragmatic Agile practices, rigorous data collection, and technical context, he reduces defects and speeds delivery while keeping teams aligned. At MBTA and U.S. Digital Response he translated ambiguous public-sector problems into actionable roadmaps and rapid solutions for election and transit challenges. Based in Rhode Island, he brings a proven track record of turning complex requirements into simple, lovable experiences.
