Senior🎓
Top SchoolSteve Regester is a founder and systems architect with 15+ years building production platforms from zero, specializing in 0→1 product builds, AI/LLM systems, OSINT, and application security. He’s been employee #1 at a VC-backed cybersecurity startup, directed engineering through SOC 2 for a pharmaceutical SaaS, co-founded a nonprofit crowdfunding platform, and recently designed an autonomous multi-LLM publishing engine. Equally fluent in React/TypeScript and Python backend stacks, he designs cloud-native infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes) and durable distributed systems under compressed timelines. Steve blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership—hiring, mentoring, and setting security-first practices—and frequently serves as a fractional CTO or co-founder. Based in the Portland metro, he now runs sin(π) software helping local businesses automate repetitive workflows, a practical counterpoint to his high-tech AI and intelligence work.
