Top SchoolSteven Cohn is an IT consultant and software delivery manager with eight years of recent experience and a multi-decade background in application development, systems integration, and test/requirements management. He has led product, product-owner and business-analysis roles at Rotary International and steered delivery and testing for clients across industries—from insurance and energy to retail and nonprofit logistics. Comfortable both architecting solutions and managing day-to-day team operations, he combines hands-on technical know-how (.NET, SQL, integration patterns) with pragmatic project and third-party relationship management. His career includes roles running offshore and onshore test teams and building tailored agile approaches for clients, reflecting a knack for translating complex stakeholder needs into verifiable, production-ready systems. Based in Skokie, Illinois, he pairs a Kellogg master’s in information sciences with decades of delivery experience that often focuses on bridging gaps between design, development and reliable testing.
