Top SchoolSteven Neamonitakis is a senior software engineer and hybrid designer/developer with over a decade of experience turning product ideas into production-ready digital experiences. Currently at Linktree he leads design system initiatives, improving developer experience and driving consistent, scalable UI patterns across engineering and design. His background as the first design hire at an early startup and as a design consultant gives him a pragmatic edge: he validates product-market fit through design sprints and follows concepts through to front-end implementation. Steven combines formal graphic design training with hands-on front-end work and mentorship, making him comfortable bridging visual craft, user research, and engineering trade-offs. He’s known for codifying career expectations and developer-facing documentation that help teams adopt best practices while reducing friction between disciplines.
