Top SchoolStoyan Merdzhanov is a technology leader and VP of Assessment at Proxify with a decade of experience building software products and high-performing engineering teams. He has scaled companies and teams from early-stage startups to organizations with 6- to 7-figure MRRs, blending hands-on full-stack and mobile development (Java, Android, iOS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular/Node) with strategic leadership. As founder and tech lead at MK IT and former tech lead at Clevertech, he’s shipped products used by millions while also designing assessment systems to evaluate top global developers. He holds advanced technical management degrees and dual BS degrees in CS and IT, reflecting deliberate cross-border academic training. Stoyan’s background in sales-driven startup environments gives him a rare emphasis on commercial impact alongside engineering craft. He still codes occasionally, but focuses on creating systems, clarity, and coaching that turn individual potential into scalable team performance.
