Senior🎓
Top SchoolStuart Bradley is a Principal Engineer based in London with 11 years of fintech-focused software engineering and leadership experience, currently building card and Earned Wage Access platforms at Stream. He has repeatedly rebuilt and scaled engineering teams and infrastructure—most recently rehiring a 20-engineer department and leading a zero-downtime migration from AWS ECS to Kubernetes—while cutting high-severity incidents from ~15 to 1 annually. Stuart combines hands-on backend and frontend delivery (APIs, Google Pay integration, case management for fincrime, CAIS reporting automation) with strong operational discipline and real-time scaling experience using ElasticSearch. His background spans startups and regulated environments, from onboarding 10,000+ SMB clients to managing UK/EU customer relationships, and an early bioinformatics-to-software trajectory that informs a data-driven approach to problem solving.
