SeniorSuhas Bhairav is a founding full-stack lead and engineering leader with 11 years of experience building distributed systems, applied AI, and production-grade software across climate tech, research libraries, and logistics SaaS. Based in Bonn, he has led engineering teams at Climate Farmers to scale regenerative agriculture solutions and maintained backend and NLP infrastructure for the Open Research Knowledge Graph at a major German research library. His background spans academia and industry—driving IoT security research at SUTD, optimizing C/C++ test rigs, and shipping proprietary bin-packing algorithms and automation tooling—demonstrating a rare blend of deep research, systems performance tuning, and product delivery. He’s comfortable moving between low-level optimizations and high-level ML/NLP pipelines, and has a track record of converting R&D into top-tier conference publications and practical engineering outcomes.
