Top SchoolSujan Poudel is a pragmatic technology leader and Chief Technology Officer with nine years of hands-on experience building native Android and iOS apps, backend services, and developer tooling from Nepal. He has led teams and shipped production systems across mobile-first products—real-time chat/location platforms, dynamic templating and PDF generation, multi-vendor e-commerce, and payment/verification integrations—while also owning database design and CI/CD pipelines. Sujan’s backend work spans Node.js/TypeScript and Kotlin (Vert.x) with PostgreSQL, containerized deployments and Kubernetes orchestration, and he’s implemented runtime Kotlin code generation from OpenAPI specs using KotlinPoet. He has experience in blockchain smart contract development and off-chain event processing, showing an ability to move between mobile, backend and Web3 domains. Known for combining pragmatic product focus with low-level engineering, he enjoys “asking computers to do things,” turning automation and code generation ideas into production-ready systems. Based in Bhaktapur, he brings both hands-on engineering and people leadership to scale engineering teams and platforms.
