SeniorSungmin Han is a Customer Success Technical Architect and AI/Data Architect with 11 years of experience modernizing cloud-native data and AI platforms across APAC. He designs scalable, event-driven architectures and MLOps pipelines—combining distributed GPU training, streaming data (Kafka), Databricks/Spark, and IaC (Terraform) to move legacy systems into unified cloud platforms. Previously a Tech Director at Riiid, he built CDC pipelines, ML training/serving infrastructure for LLM fine-tuning and in-context learning, and led product-owner initiatives to deliver cross-country AI services quickly. At NAVER he focused on production model serving and backend scalability across Korea and Japan, bringing practical experience in Go, Python, and Kotlin. Based in Seoul, he bridges research and operations with a strong emphasis on data governance, privacy-aware collection, and ensuring ML infra is production-ready.
