Senior🎓
Top SchoolSurbhi S is a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead with 7+ years building high-traffic web experiences across early-stage startups and enterprise e-commerce, currently owning frontend architecture and delivery for Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s customer surfaces. She specializes in performance-driven, accessible, and maintainable UI foundations—leading migrations (Backbone → Vue/Nuxt), Core Web Vitals improvements, and reusable component patterns that serve millions daily and have driven multi-million dollar revenue lifts. Comfortable shipping end-to-end from prototype to production, she previously helped a tiny ML/vision startup go 0→1, improving onboarding and self-serve demos while building secure auth and analytics dashboards. Known for turning messy customer journeys (checkout, post-purchase, account, delivery) into faster, clearer, and more reliable experiences, she pairs hands-on implementation with cross-functional partnership to deliver measurable product impact. An unusual strength: she balances enterprise-scale modernization with startup agility, so she both scales existing systems and invents new workflows under tight timelines.
