Top SchoolSushil Singh is a veteran technology leader and architect with ~25 years of cross-domain experience building high-performance distributed systems, networking ASICs, and cloud-native platforms. Currently Chief Architect and VP Engineering at Cisco, he has led product and platform efforts across VMware, Intel, and his own startup PLUMgrid, where he architected scalable overlays, DHTs, messaging, compilers and chaos-driven HA testing. He combines chip‑level innovations (packet parsers, DFA/NFA acceleration) with cloud-era service mesh, Kubernetes, and AI/edge workload orchestration, uniquely bridging hardware design and modern software infrastructure. Known for founding teams and operationalizing complex LCM and analytics pipelines, he favors platform-centric solutions—SDKs, compilers and frameworks—that reduce OPEX for customers. Based in Los Altos, he pairs deep technical authorship with pragmatic product delivery and a track record of shipping systems from silicon to SaaS.
