Top SchoolSylvain Boissel is a versatile web developer and systems administrator with 13 years of experience spanning support, ops, community tech roles and full-stack web development. After a long tenure at Wikimedia France managing servers, sites and volunteer communities, he transitioned to public-sector development work including the Open Collectivités challenge at the French Ministry and now operates as a freelance web developer in Paris. He is fluent in Python, PHP, JavaScript and XML, with strong practical skills in server administration (Ubuntu/Debian), databases and usability-driven interfaces. He builds many of his own tooling for Wikimedia projects and contributes time as a Wikidata/Wikipedia administrator, showing a commitment to open data and civic tech.
