Top SchoolSylvain Desvé is an experienced Agile Coach with 18 years in IT, currently helping EDF teams navigate complex projects by leveraging collective intelligence, visual management, facilitation graphique and Gamestorming. He has deep domain experience in utility systems—particularly the Linky supervision SI—where he has moved between hands-on functional roles (Product Owner, analyst) and coaching, tooling and admin responsibilities (JIRA/Confluence). Based in Greater Lyon, he blends rigorous, curious facilitation with practical delivery skills gained from digital project work at Sanofi and consulting at Talan. Notably, he builds pragmatic “boîtes à outils” of interactive methods to accelerate stakeholder alignment and adoption, combining technical insight with creative workshop design.
