Senior🎓
Top SchoolSylvain Gaultier is a Lead Application Development Engineer with 11 years of focused Java backend experience and over two decades in software engineering, currently driving persistence, memory optimization and query performance for TIBCO EBX MDM and Big Data workloads. He combines hands-on Java API and custom persistence design with practical expertise in encoding, database access and Calcite-based query optimization to solve complex, high-throughput issues. Previously a tech lead building geostatistics plugins and cluster-aware frameworks, he brings strong architectural judgment from prototype-to-production across domains including computational linguistics and web systems. Based in Orléans, he pairs applied mathematics training with a pragmatic engineering approach, often tackling low-level performance tradeoffs that most backend engineers defer.
