Senior🎓
Top SchoolSylvie Stephanie is a Senior Product Designer with 8 years of experience crafting data-driven e-commerce, SaaS, design systems, and fintech experiences from Jakarta. With an engineering background she bridges design and implementation—having built Tokopedia’s first Android design system and shipped core purchase flows like Cart and Checkout. At SQE she now designs complex SaaS dashboards for customer support, mining operations, and regulatory workflows, demonstrating strength in transactional and operational UX. Comfortable on both product and front-end surfaces, she’s delivered fintech front-ends (mutual funds, e-gold, seller loans) earlier in her career. She combines quantitative thinking with hands-on prototyping to reduce friction in high-volume user journeys. Colleagues rely on her to translate compliance-heavy requirements into clear, usable interfaces that scale.
