Cracow Metropolitan Area Poland
Summary
🎓
Top SchoolSzczepan Staszak is a Senior Software Engineer based in the Cracow area with over a decade of embedded and telecom software experience and five years focused on multicore C/DSP development at Ericsson. He brings deep expertise in ENEA OSE, C++, C, Erlang and Python, plus real-world telecom protocol and baseband experience across WCDMA, LTE and 5G stacks. His background uniquely combines telecom firmware and multicore DSP work with hands-on seismic electronics and field testing—maintaining and operating Sercel equipment and vibroseis systems—which gives him practical systems-level debugging and hardware integration skills. Comfortable with RSA-RTE, RoseRT, ClearCase and Git-based workflows, he’s experienced in designing reliable, real-time systems and shipping complex embedded features. Trained in Digital Signal Processing (M.Sc.), he often bridges algorithmic DSP work and production-grade real-time implementation, a non-obvious strength that speeds prototyping to deployment.
