Top SchoolSzu-kai Hsu is a founding engineer and seasoned full-stack/DevOps practitioner with 17 years of experience building scalable products and cloud infrastructure across startups and large tech firms. Skilled in Ruby on Rails, Go, React, Node, Java/TypeScript and Terraform, he has repeatedly delivered performance and reliability improvements—examples include a CI/CD pipeline 24x faster than its predecessor and backend API throughput increases approaching 10x. He has shipped high-impact systems for companies like Meta, Booking.com, DAZN and loveholidays, and led platform rewrites and data pipelines that processed millions of records. Comfortable in fast-paced, autonomous environments, Szu-kai blends hands-on coding with system architecture and operational cost optimization (notably a 25% AWS cost reduction at Snapask). Originally from Taiwan and now based in London, he pairs technical depth with a people-centered WHY: creating nurturing environments where teams can do their best work.
