Top SchoolTemidayo Adefioye is a founder and engineer with eight years of hands-on experience building products and teams across Nigeria’s tech ecosystem, currently leading Talenvo to connect educators, early talent, and employers. He has a strong track record as a creator of technical learning products—authoring books for Apress and Pluralsight, training 16,000+ learners on LinkedIn Learning, and producing regular writing on Substack. Pragmatic about hiring and talent-fit, he built Talenvo out of repeated hiring failures to focus on dependable builders and reduced churn hires for companies across product, data, AI, design, and engineering. He also founded CodeNest Africa and SwitchCon Africa, blending community-building with practical skills development. With a B.Tech in Computer Engineering and business lessons from Harvard Business School Online, he pairs technical depth with operational and go-to-market savvy. An early Microsoft Student Partner and longtime mentor, he brings uncommon recruiter-side empathy informed by years of being hired, hiring, and scaling teams.
