Top SchoolTerence F is an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs with 12 years’ experience at the intersection of law, venture capital, startups and digital assets, building products and partnerships across Greater China, Southeast Asia and now New York. A legally trained former Clifford Chance lawyer and ex-McKinsey partner, he has launched and exited an AI-driven edtech startup, structured venture funds, and seeded early-stage web3 and fintech projects. He specializes in democratizing asset and wealth management through Agentic AI, stablecoins and blockchain-enabled solutions while managing full sales and product funnels. Known for mentoring founders and designing operational metrics, he combines hands-on startup execution with boardroom-level dealcraft and cross-border regulatory expertise. Fluent in international collaboration, he leverages a broad network of institutional and regional partners to scale ventures and de-risk growth. An uncommon blend of legal rigor, startup grit and technical curiosity underpins his focus on pre-seed/seed founder development and innovative financial products.
