Tessa Kriesel
Founding GTM, Tabstack.ai at Built for Devs
Waco, Texas, United States
Summary
👤
SeniorTessa Kriesel is a founder and GTM leader with 11 years of experience specializing in developer adoption, DevRel, and product-led growth across startups and major platforms like Snap, Twitter, and Mozilla. She built Built for Devs to surface the hidden reasons developers drop off—combining journey tracking, ICP-matched recorded evaluations, and an AI recommendations engine that turns silence into actionable product fixes. At Mozilla she’s currently taking Tabstack.ai from 0→1, owning acquisition, messaging, technical content, and early revenue validation for browser automation infrastructure used by AI agents. Her background as an operator and former founder (Devocate, acquired by Common Room) gives her a rare mix of hands-on technical storytelling, customer research rigor, and GTM craft. Tessa’s strength is translating unfiltered developer signal into product roadmap decisions that measurably improve activation and retention. Based in Waco, Texas, she’s equal parts strategist, practitioner, and advocate for making developer feedback the engine of product improvement.
