Top SchoolThays Dos Santos is a Senior Software Engineer based in São Paulo with nine years of experience building and restructuring web platforms across frontend and backend domains. She has advanced from frontend-focused roles to leading architecture and service decomposition at idwall, where her technical guidance and risk-aware planning helped evolve the platform and earned her a partner invitation in 2024. At Nubank she continues to apply that pragmatic, curiosity-driven approach to large-scale systems while bringing hands-on experience in Node.js, modern frontend stacks, and distributed applications. Known for pairing, knowledge-sharing, and driving discovery across teams, she balances delivery predictability with thoughtful architectural trade-offs. An avid learner and experimenter, Thays combines product empathy with an appetite for technical reinvention learned from game development through enterprise fintech.
