Top SchoolTheophilus Annor is a Senior Software Engineer and tech entrepreneur with nine years of experience building scalable backend systems, cloud-native platforms, and real-time communications for fintech, VoIP, and B2B products. He co-founded Rippledesk and led engineering to deliver a WebRTC/Asterisk VoIP platform integrated with ecommerce clients, and has repeatedly improved performance and reliability through caching, ETL optimization, and serverless architectures. Comfortable across Node.js, React, and cloud services (AWS Lambda, Cognito, S3), he combines hands-on development with DevOps and system design to reduce costs and downtime while accelerating delivery. He has a track record of shipping production-ready SaaS features—automated Kubernetes migrations, real-time analytics pipelines, and fault-tolerant microservices—that translated technical work into measurable business impact. Based in Accra, he pairs an MSc in Management Information Systems with a background in laboratory sciences, an unusual blend that informs a data-driven, methodical approach to engineering. Always curious, he favors CLI-centric workflows and progressive web app patterns when architecting end-to-end solutions.
