Top SchoolThiago Borges is a Tech Lead in Data Engineering with 10 years of experience designing and operating data pipelines, lakes and warehouses across AWS, Snowflake, Redshift and MSSQL. He combines strong Python and PySpark skills with practical production tooling—Airflow, Jenkins and Flask—to deliver automated ETL, dashboarding (Tableau) and GDPR-conscious sensitive data processing. Based in Rio de Janeiro, he has led data engineering efforts at Globo after a stretch supporting large enterprise clients like ExxonMobil and CI&T, where he focused on data validation, T-SQL/SP maintenance and secure extraction workflows. Fast at troubleshooting and pragmatic in architecture, Thiago pairs hands-on implementation with team leadership to move projects from messy sources to reliable analytics. A former professional driver and cooperative operations coordinator, he brings operational discipline and customer-facing sensibility to data reliability and observability.
