Top SchoolThijs Alberts is an Enterprise Solutions Architect with 11 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering full‑stack software and platform solutions across transport, mobility and public sector domains. He blends developer instincts with commercial pragmatism—taking projects from discovery and functional design through CI/CD, testing and production rollout—while keeping roadmaps grounded in what’s feasible today. At NS he focuses on train digitization and IT/OT integration; prior roles at felyx and UWV highlight his work on event-driven architectures, mobile-backend convergence and platform governance. Known for mentoring teams, modernizing legacy systems and introducing agile practices, he enjoys “building the plane while flying it.” A former founder/CTO, he pairs entrepreneurial curiosity with a methodical approach to architecture and product strategy.
