Top SchoolTho Ngoc is a Senior Infrastructure & Security Engineer and seasoned .NET developer with 11 years of experience building high-performance enterprise systems and secure cloud infrastructure from Singapore. He has led cross-border engineering teams and delivered SaaS fintech platforms, real-time FX services, and compliance solutions while architecting cost-efficient AWS deployments and CI/CD processes. Equally comfortable in hands-on coding (C#, ASP.NET Core, ElasticSearch, WebSockets) and infrastructure/security operations, he has a track record of turning complex requirements into maintainable, testable systems. Notably, he scaled ecommerce and data-processing platforms to handle millions of emails and reduced large-scale synchronization jobs from hours to minutes. His blend of technical depth, operational focus, and people leadership enables rapid, reliable delivery without sacrificing quality.
