Top SchoolThomas Chinery is a Senior Technical Lead with 11 years of experience building cloud-native, full-stack systems and leading small engineering teams across startups and large telco environments. He blends hands-on Node.js/TypeScript development (NestJS, Angular) with Terraform, Kubernetes (Istio), and GitOps practices to deliver resilient, cost-conscious platforms. Comfortable as a customer-facing engineer, he translates business needs into scalable architectures—from monoliths to microservices and serverless—while evangelizing SRE principles and production excellence. He mentors through pair programming and code review, has line management and hiring experience, and often owns cross-team delivery from ticketing to backlog management. Based in Woking, UK, he’s actively expanding into Rust and keeps abreast of industry tooling and automation to create smooth, automated paths to production.
