Top SchoolThomas Crombez is a full-stack software and hardware engineer and founder of TrikThom with eight years of experience building scalable web applications and backend services, often using Golang. Based in Harelbeke, Belgium, he blends hands-on engineering with product and systems work—recently contributing to Harmony Energy and shepherding a merger with Zappass NV. His background spans research-driven energy management controllers at Howest and pragmatic CDP UI and translation systems at NGDATA, showing strength across embedded, backend, and frontend domains. Cum laude graduate in Electronics and ICT, he pairs technical analysis and project management to take ideas from prototype to production. Notably, he frequently navigates both software and hardware trade-offs, bringing a systems-level perspective to energy and IoT product challenges.
