Senior🎓
Top SchoolThomas Gorissen is a seasoned technology leader and co-founder/CTO with over two decades of experience building web platforms, AI-enabled products and high-performing engineering teams across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore since 2010, he’s best known for leading the rebuild of RedMart’s online grocery experience and later scaling digital health platforms as CTO of Healint (acquired by Aptar) and CTO Digital Health at Aptar. He advises and trains CTOs at growth-stage startups, helps VCs and incubators vet technical strategy, and currently builds AI-driven rule-learning products at Legalese. Thomas combines hands-on engineering breadth—from front-end single-page apps to cloud-native infrastructure—with a strong product sensibility for user experience and clinical-grade digital health. He also organizes JSConf.Asia, which he helped grow into the region’s largest web and mobile developer conference, reflecting his commitment to developer communities and ecosystem building. A pragmatic inventor and early adopter, he repeatedly turns emerging web and AI patterns into production systems that scale.
