Top SchoolThomas Jones is a senior IT leader and GS-15 Management & Program Analyst with over three decades of progressive experience delivering enterprise hardware and cloud solutions, primarily within the Federal Government. He combines FAC P/PM Level III program management and Agile delivery experience with hands-on technical consulting from roles at EMC, Dell, VCE, and SolidFire to drive complex, cross-functional IT transformations. Thomas has led teams that delivered process re-engineering and automation initiatives that realized more than $15M in savings, and he shapes long-term strategic IT planning while keeping execution grounded in measurable ROI. His background includes founding a consulting firm and applying private-sector engineering rigor to public-sector modernization programs, giving him a pragmatic bridge between vendor ecosystems and government procurement realities. Based in Alexandria, VA, he brings a submarine veteran’s discipline and the tongue-in-cheek GitHub handle “Chaos Janitor,” hinting at a pragmatic, get-things-done approach to messy systems.
