SeniorThomas Ma is a Senior Project Manager based in Las Vegas with a two-decade background driving enterprise technology implementations and eight years of focused experience in program and delivery leadership. He has led cross-functional agile teams and end-to-end Salesforce and cloud solution deployments for clients across government, media, biotech, and enterprise software, often acting as primary client liaison and escalation point. Known for blending strategic consulting with hands-on implementation, he has owned project financials, scope, and risk while also contributing to business development and SOW creation. His career spans Big Four consulting (Deloitte) and specialist SaaS and systems integrators, giving him deep experience in knowledge management, learning technology, and integration with third-party ecosystems. Colleagues value his ability to streamline complex implementations—reducing friction from requirements through QA and UAT—while keeping stakeholder communication clear and actionable.
