Thomas Northrup is a founder and seasoned systems architect with nine years of focused experience designing human-first enterprise solutions, particularly around Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. He blends technical depth—leading large-scale D365 migrations, integrations, and SOC-compliant SharePoint implementations—with a people-centered approach that treats AI and automation as workforce amplifiers rather than replacements. As a practitioner of "Human-First" architecture and Digital Gardening, he builds governance, cognitive safety, and renewal systems to prevent model drift and protect workforce agency. Thomas has a track record of scaling delivery teams, mentoring engineers, and turning frontline operational insight into boardroom-ready, actionable intelligence. Based in the Pensacola area, he pairs an engineering degree and an uncommon background in performance arts and photography with consultancy experience to make systems both usable and compelling.
