Senior🎓
Top SchoolThomas Richard is a tech-focused founder and platform engineering leader with 11 years of hands-on experience building productized front- and back-end systems. As Co-Founder and Head of Platform Engineering at ILLUIN Technology, he has steered multiple product lines—from dialogue systems to document automation—translating prototype-driven innovations into production services. Trained at CentraleSupélec and selected for the Paris Digital Lab excellence program, he blends “learning by doing” product sprints with practical systems work across AngularJS, Django and Linux operations. Early roles at Placemeter and Airbus gave him experience in real-time data dashboards and internal engineering platforms, while his background running a large campus IP-TV network shows uncommon operational depth for a product founder. He’s comfortable shifting between rapid prototyping and platform-scale decisions, bringing entrepreneurial drive and a pragmatic engineering mindset to complex digital challenges.
