Top SchoolThomas Verschoren is a Director of AI Product Evangelism and seasoned solutions builder with over a decade of experience turning customer problems into pragmatic platform integrations, primarily across Zendesk and Apple ecosystems. He blends hands-on development, marketplace app creation, and technical leadership from roles as CTO and Principal Solutions Specialist to guide enterprise deployments and custom automations. Based in Antwerp, he has deep operational knowledge of macOS/JAMF environments and SSO/IDP integrations from running IT for a 34-store Apple reseller, which informs his practical approach to product design. An entrepreneur at heart, he has run his own consultancy since 2011 and co-founded a custom app studio for the Zendesk Marketplace. Known for clear translation between customer needs and engineering scope, he pairs an architect’s rigor with a retail-born focus on “solutions, not boxes.”
