Top SchoolThomas Vilhelmsen is a Principal Backend Engineer with over a decade of experience building resilient Microsoft-stack systems and AWS-native services, currently leading backend architecture at ChronosHub. He combines deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API and MS-SQL with practical DevOps skills—Docker, Kubernetes, IaC and pipeline automation—to deliver testable, maintainable services and data pipelines. At Queue-it he designed near real-time ETL and analytics using AWS Flink/Kinesis and OpenSearch, and at Consid he contributed to IAM and cross-domain test frameworks while acting as a DevOps lead. A pragmatic team player who favors modest planning and strong automated testing, he consistently balances shipping value with code quality. Based in Copenhagen, Thomas brings a mix of legacy migration experience (MVC/AngularJS) and modern cloud-native practices, often bridging frontend needs with robust backend solutions. He’s known for privileging collaboration over lone heroics and for making infrastructure choices that scale with product needs.
