SeniorThorne Melcher is a Smart Contracts Engineer and seasoned technology leader with 12 years of experience building production systems across web2 and web3. He co-founded smol farm and serves as its CTO, creating viral NFT projects like Dastardly Ducks, and now works on one of the most sophisticated on-chain idler MMO systems at Asphodel Studios. His background spans CTO roles at startups (including a YC-backed health platform) and senior engineering positions across .NET, C#, PHP, and full-stack web development, giving him a rare blend of product, infrastructure, and blockchain expertise. A published writer with work in the New York Times, he brings clear communication and storytelling to technical leadership. Based in Atlanta, he’s equally comfortable architecting auditable smart contracts as he is shipping customer-facing web features.
