Top SchoolTravis Vocino is a product design leader and founder with 13+ years scaling design orgs at Meta and building net-new, AI-native experiences from skunkworks to product launch. He brings an uncommon background—high-school dropout turned founder, engineer, and painter—which keeps him equally comfortable shipping code, shaping strategy, and crafting delightful interfaces. At Meta he scaled teams beyond 50 across monetization, creators, Marketplace, video and communities, and now leads a small, fast team shipping experiments like a Forum app. Known as a compulsive devil’s advocate and “sacred cow tipper,” he thrives in ambiguity, cuts through noise, and balances product quality with relentless momentum. His current focus is on agentic UX and how design leadership evolves when teams include models, blending nerd energy with hands-on execution.
