Senior🎓
Top SchoolTrent Kalisch-smith is a Solutions Engineer with 11 years’ experience helping organisations turn data and experimentation into reliable business outcomes, currently working across Statsig and OpenAI in the UK. He blends a strong engineering foundation (B.Eng. in Computer Software Engineering) with commercial presales and delivery experience, having led sales engineering teams and implemented data pipelines and security-focused solutions for enterprise clients. His background includes hands-on cloud and security roles at Macquarie and early-stage product delivery at a blockchain-based security startup, giving him rare depth across technical, risk and go-to-market concerns. Trent is comfortable translating complex technical constraints into customer-facing architectures and measurable outcomes, and he often operates at the intersection of experimentation, observability and data ownership. An often overlooked strength is his Mandarin studies, which supports cross-cultural collaboration and international engagements.
