Senior🎓
Top SchoolTristan Greaves is a seasoned cloud and game-technology leader with 13+ years delivering large-scale AWS transformations and leading cross-functional engineering and solutions architecture teams across UK, Ireland, France and Iberia. Currently Senior Manager for Game Tech at AWS, he blends hands-on architecture, sales-facing technical strategy and people leadership—acting as a “player-coach” who hires, coaches and scales high-performing teams. He has a proven track record migrating complex production platforms to the cloud, modernising development practices (CI/TDD/Git) and driving enterprise-wide Cloud First programmes and COE initiatives. Comfortable briefing C-level stakeholders and influencing product and partner strategy, he translates business goals into pragmatic, time-boxed technical solutions. Equally at home in hands-on delivery and strategic enablement, Tristan often accelerates organisations by codifying best-practice reference architectures and repeatable transformation playbooks.
