Summary
👤
SeniorTulio Bitencourt is a pragmatic software engineer with 9 years of experience building cloud-native microservices and data-driven systems using Go, Java and Python. He has hands-on production experience with Kubernetes/EKS, AWS migrations, and observability stacks (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus), and has driven measurable outcomes like a 30% infrastructure cost reduction and 15% maintenance savings through refactors. Tulio designs robust APIs (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) and event-driven architectures with Kafka and SQS, and consistently delivers high-quality code—recent teams reached 90%+ coverage on new services. Comfortable in financial and enterprise domains, he pairs backend systems expertise with mentoring experience and a postgraduate focus in software architecture. Based in Brazil, he combines practical cloud ops know-how with a strong emphasis on testability and operability in production.
