Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolTyler Tracy is a research engineer focused on AI safety and containment, currently building high-stakes control and datacenter security protocols at Redwood Research. With a decade of software experience, he blends hands-on systems engineering—large-scale scraping infrastructure and VR collaboration tools—with agent foundations research from SERI MATS and AI Safety Camp. Previously a full-stack engineer at SupplyPike and an intern at Google, he ships production-grade services and loves low-level tooling (neovim, Arch). Based in Berkeley, he pairs a Master’s in Computer Science with entrepreneurial roots as a founder, and brings a contrarian, hacker mindset reflected in his GitHub persona: “I reject your reality and substitute my own.”
