Top SchoolUlises Yago is a senior distributed systems engineer with over 15 years building scalable, high-availability platforms for industrial, security and gaming domains, now focused on messaging and edge services. He has deep hands-on expertise across JVM and polyglot stacks (Java/Scala/Golang/Python), real-time systems (Akka, Kafka, Storm), and cloud-native tooling on AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. At Twilio and Adevinta he helped operate multi-regional, multitenant WebSocket and data pipelines handling billions of messages weekly and production ML inference flows. He combines systems architecture, CI/CD and networking know-how—having implemented multiregional ingress, VPC interconnections and company-wide application gateways—to deliver 5‑9s availability goals. Pragmatic and detail-oriented, he pairs a backend systems mindset with experience in device/cloud integration and operational reliability.
