🤩
RockstarUna Kravets is a Staff Developer Relations Engineer at Google Chrome with 12 years of experience building and advocating for better web UI, CSS, and developer tooling. She leads the Web Experiences DevRel team, launching web APIs and collaborating with Chrome Rendering, DevTools, and standards groups like the CSSWG and Open UI to improve styling and debugging for UI engineers. A former design-system and front-end lead across companies like DigitalOcean and Bustle, she blends hands-on CSS/SCSS work with product design sensibilities to ship faster, more accessible interfaces. Una is also an active open-source front-end contributor—known for projects like CSSgram and YouMightNotNeedJS—where she crafts elegant CSS solutions and UI components. Based in Washington, D.C., she pairs technical leadership with content and community building (podcasts, shows, and programs) to level up web developers worldwide. Colleagues describe her as the “original unacorn”: equal parts designer, engineer, and advocate who makes the web more stylish and usable.
