Top SchoolVaclav Bartacek is a System Architect and co-owner of Spolecne s.r.o. with over two decades of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade systems, particularly for telecommunications billing, provisioning and product catalogues. He combines deep Java expertise since 1996 with practical architecture and development of BMC Remedy/ITSM solutions, Google Web Toolkit and App Engine projects, and early Web 2.0 and mobile initiatives. His work spans full lifecycle delivery—from business analysis and system design to implementation of trouble-ticketing, credit risk and ordering systems—often bridging legacy platforms with modern web architectures. A former Java trainer for Sun Microsystems, he brings both mentoring experience and a strong academic foundation from Charles University. Despite a compact public GitHub presence, his long-running role at his own firm evidences sustained product-focused engineering leadership and domain specialization.
