Senior🎓
Top SchoolVadik Matveev is a Product Designer with 12+ years crafting web, mobile, and TV experiences, now based in the Netherlands and currently designing at Speechify. He blends strategic UX thinking with hands-on front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS) and a habit of shipping high-fidelity, testable prototypes that accelerate research and delivery. At Platinumlist he led a redesign that lifted purchase conversion by ~72% and launched anti-scalping features that grew app traffic 38%, demonstrating how design decisions translate to measurable business impact. He has built and scaled design systems used across 50+ products, hired and mentored small teams, and successfully bridged design and development to cut time-to-market. Vadik also prototypes AI-driven interfaces (an investor-winning chat prototype at Outter) and experiments with motion/3D tools like Spline and Rive to make interactions feel tangible. He’s open to full-time or remote roles where strategic UX and pragmatic execution meet.
