Senior🎓
Top SchoolVadim Iskuchekov is a software engineer and hands-on tech lead with 11 years of professional experience, including over three years leading remote development teams and a strong track record building API-first B2B systems and workflow automation. He specializes in backend architecture, REST API design, and end-to-end delivery using Python, Django/DRF, Celery, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud-native CI/CD practices, with solid DevOps experience (Docker, Ansible, AWS). Vadim combines a "playing coach" leadership style with rigorous engineering discipline—TDD, linting, mypy/pylint, and quality gates—to keep remote teams productive and codebases maintainable. Academically grounded with a master’s-equivalent engineering degree and inspired by Clean Code and design patterns, he also explores functional programming (Haskell) for problem-solving and keeps skills sharp through conferences and community involvement. Notably, he prefers to design systems from scratch—choosing stacks, setting workflows, and configuring deployments—so teams can ship simple, scalable solutions aligned with KISS, SOLID, and DRY principles.
