Top SchoolVadim Melnicuk is a technical product leader and engineer with 12 years of experience specialising in HMI, connected cars, and intelligent vehicle technologies. He has led end-to-end product delivery for premium automotive HMIs—most recently joining McLaren—combining hands-on software architecture (Qt, full‑stack JavaScript, Unreal) with user-centred research and validation. At Group Lotus he translated customer and regulatory constraints into production-ready infotainment and EV UX for models like Emira and Evija, while coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams. His academic background (EngD in Human Factors HMI and Biometrics) underpins a strong focus on human-centred vehicle interactions and biometrics-informed design. Known for bridging deep technical implementation with strategic roadmaps, he thrives on turning prototyped concepts into manufacturable, safety-compliant products. Based in Warwick, he brings a rare mix of engineering craft, product strategy, and domain expertise in automotive UX.
