Top SchoolVadim Patsev is an AI engineering leader with over a decade of software and systems experience, currently heading the DeepAgent team at Yandex Armenia to build agentic LLM-powered workflows that synthesize documentation, code, and tickets into multi-step research answers. He combines hands-on engineering (Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) and ML system know-how (SFT, LoRA, DPO, RL) with a track record of scaling teams and products from prototyping to production across Yandex services, startups, and logistics platforms. Vadim has led teams large and small—up to 34 engineers—and repeatedly bridged frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure to deliver measurable business impact such as reduced search time and more efficient operational tooling. He also teaches practical Python seminars and has built ventures in domains as varied as home diagnostics and autonomous racing, reflecting a taste for applied research that translates into product value. Notably, his current work focuses on multi-agent orchestration and retrieval pipelines that let engineers query distributed corporate knowledge as if it were a single intelligent teammate.
