Senior🎓
Top SchoolVadym Ovcharenko is a founder and product-minded engineer with 11 years of experience building AI-driven lead generation and marketplace automation tools from Palo Alto. He founded GigRadar to automate Upwork client discovery and bidding, scaling traction with thousands of top earners and enterprise customers, after evolving an earlier startup, Scalifier, into a SaaS. Previously he bootstrapped Auxility from a dorm-room project to $500k ARR and an exit at a $1M valuation, demonstrating repeatable founder-driven growth. With an MS in Data Science and a background in software engineering and mobile delivery, he blends data-first product design with hands-on engineering and ops. A digital nomad and public-build advocate, he’s focused on making the gig economy more transparent through automation and live-in-public experimentation. Notably, he combines practical marketplace know-how with AI agents to remove manual bidding and free agencies to scale.
