Senior🎓
Top SchoolVahed Qazvinian is a computer scientist and entrepreneur with a decade of experience building ML-driven products and startups from research to market. He co-founded Praisidio, delivering instant people analytics, and previously co-founded Lawyaw (YC W'18), which was acquired by Clio after modernizing document drafting for law firms. Earlier he was a senior software engineer at Google’s Search Quality team, where he led development of automated query-model training platforms and semantic parsers that scaled hundreds of new answer types across international queries. Trained as a PhD researcher at the University of Michigan, he blends deep NLP and ML research—published work on social media semantics and citation analysis—with pragmatic engineering that drives product velocity. Colleagues would note his uncommon ability to transition academic innovations into production-grade systems and repeat that success as a founder.
