Top SchoolVahid Pazirandeh is a technical lead and seasoned software engineer with 13 years of experience building production-grade web and backend systems from startups to enterprise biotech and medical-device firms. He combines hands-on expertise in Java/Spring, Groovy/Grails, CI/CD, and performance tuning with a track record of architecting REST APIs, custom DSLs, and high-availability deployments. Vahid has led teams, taught Groovy internally, and founded an immersive VR initiative, demonstrating both leadership and a strong appetite for experimental engineering. His background spans device-to-cloud integrations, multithreaded network systems, and automated testing practices required for regulated environments. Based in San Diego and holding a B.S. in Computer Science, he brings pragmatic problem-solving and a knack for translating complex domain requirements into reliable, well-tested software. An uncommon detail: he has created custom REST query languages and domain-specific tools that reduced development friction and improved API discoverability across teams.
